Morasinsi is a family-owned winery with Sveva Sernia at the helm. An advocate of regenerative farming and biodynamics, Morasinsi is on a mission to protect biodiversity, improve the balance of the agricultural ecosystem, and create an environment that is resilient to the effects of climate change. Through their biodiverse vineyards and 8,000 m2 food forest, they hope to demonstrate that creating productive ecosystems can help to improve the agricultural economy and protect their local lands. They work with indigenous varieties, spontaneously ferment, and do everything by hand—from the grape picking to the bottling.
