Ktima Brintziki Melios White
The Brintzikis, prior to taking over the family winery, were professional musicians. This label plays tribute to musicians and artists, and this friendly, refreshing white wine is perfect for hot summer days.
Made from select vineyards on the Ilian mountains of Roditis Fox and Malagouzia, grapes were destemmed and crushed before the press. Fermentation was conducted at 18°C in stainless steel tanks for almost 10 days, followed by maturation on the lees for two months and batonnage once per week.
The wine is sustainable and made from a winery with a zero carbon footprint.
